"Design Movements: Sustainability and Aging in Place”  

Our first-of-its-kind April meeting will be held at Cricket Communications, the newest LEED Certified Gold building in San Diego. This very unique meeting will offer tours of the sustainable space guided by highly knowledgeable members of the Cricket facilities department and feature members of the design team from the esteemed architectural firm of Carrier-Johnson. As if that weren’t enough, information will be presented on Aging in Place and an exciting program in which ASID San Diego will take part offering the potential of nation-wide exposure for our members.

$10.00 for ASID members with RSVP received no later than noon, Monday 04/19/10

$5.00 for ASID student members with RSVP received no later than noon, Monday 04/19/10

$15.00 for non-ASID members with RSVP received no later than noon, Monday 04/19/10

Tickets are available at the door. Please add $5 to the above prices without RSVP by noon, Monday 04/19/10

Tour Information:

Tours of the facility will depart from the ASID registration booth every half hour beginning at 5:30 with the last tour departing at 7:30. In order to keep the tours detailed in depth, the number of participants on each tour will be limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Due to the large response we anticipate for this unique opportunity, there may not be space available for every meeting attendee. Arrive early and be sure to sign-up for your tour at registration.
